Seasons & Weather

Barbados has a tropical climate and is warm year-round. While it's often hot and humid the breezes take the edge off the heat.
It's a bit cooler and more pleasant from Dec–April, and more muggy from May to October. Feb–Apr is noted as the best time to travel to Barbados as it's the least rainy time of year, but Dec–Jan can be a great time too, just with a bit more rainfall.
Hurricane season runs from June through November with historically more storms between August and October.
